The economy is presently such that more and more employees are suddenly finding themselves out of work as companies downsize and scale back in order to meet their fiscal projections. And there are some companies that, unable to stand the flux of these uncertain economic times, are shutting their doors completely. Where this leaves many people is out of work without a whole lot of options at their disposal; with job positions being eliminated it’s a rather difficult time to find another job, and some people that are laid off determine that now is as good a time as any to go back to school – using their severance packages or savings to get by in the meantime.
